    Richard Ramirez aka The Night Stalker Number of Victims: 13 Where: In and around Los Angeles, CA At age 12 Ramirez witnessed his uncle shoot and kill his wife. Ramirez was a drug addict and dropped out of school. On many of his victims Ramirez would crave an pentagram into their breast or into their chest. In some cases he would cut off the entire breast of the woman.
